Your appointment is very important to Rebel Femme. It is reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. All of Rebel Femme salon booking & service policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for you!

New clients must have a consultation to determine the type of service needed to achieve the final look desired. The pricing stated on our menu is a general estimate of the services provided. Pricing may vary depending on texture, density, and length.  The condition your hair is in will also determine if it is possible to achieve the desired look you are wanting, and we can devise a hair plan that is right for you.  Please call or text (949) 446-8570 with any questions regarding pricing and consultation. 

Online booking is available with select stylists only. Please contact the salon if you are unable to book an online appointment or get on our waitlist.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**

Rebel Femme will send out a text/email reminder 2-5 days prior to your appointment to confirm. Please confirm all appointments so we can properly prepare for you appointment.

  Please be courteous of our time. We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. The 48-hour time frame will allow the salon professional to fill their time with a client on our waiting list. Failure to comply with our booking policy may result in a $50 rescheduling fee or 50% appointment fee for NO SHOW or Same Day Cancellations. 

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. We want to ensure that EACH and EVERY one of our clients has a great experience at our salon. If you arrive 15 minutes late, you may continue with your service. However, your appointment time will be cut short and you will still be responsible for 100% of the originally booked appointment. If you arrive 30 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to cancel your appointment and you may be responsible for 100% of the booked appointment. Should you want to reschedule after arriving late, a 50% service booking fee will apply.

service and return policy

Service and Return Policy

All services performed are final sale. If we didn’t get it right, notify the salon within 7 DAYS of your appointment. We DO NOT issue refunds for hair services, but the service provider will gladly offer to redo your hair service within 7 days at no charge.

Used your new products and hate it? No problem! We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and original packaging. A full refund will be issued on a return, providing the return is within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If an item was shipped, the customer is responsible for 100% of the shipping cost to return the items to 25522 Jeronimo Rd. Mission Viejo, CA 92691

Color kits, merch, fully used or custom products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes, or alterations.
